Shipping Information

We currently ship across Indonesia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Jakarta & Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Indonesian Regions: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier-related delays.

Free shipping is available for orders above Rp 999.000.

Exchange

We accept exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
